She has held senior leadership positions at Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, and The Star Entertainment Group, where she guided major improvements to compliance frameworks, capability uplift programs, and organisational risk maturity. At AUSTRAC, she led a range of enforcement investigations and regulatory actions.
